Depending on the year, wine cellar Panajotovic leaves a certain amount of wine out of sale, so in its basement you can find interesting archival wines aged ten years or more.

Today, production is managed by the youngest member of the Panajotovic family, Vladimir, a professional graduate technologist who has applied traditional recipe for making wine from his ancestors and improved it by modern technology and knowledge .
